Pojejmo 2 porciji sadja in 5 porcij zelenjave vsak dan!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2. Sol zamenjamo z za\u010dimbami, najbolje sve\u017eimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3. Poskrbimo za primerno telesno te\u017eo, ITM pod 25.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4. Jejmo 5-6 krat na dan, pribli\u017eno vsake 3 ure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">5. Vsaj 1 &#8211; krat na teden jejmo ribe (divji ulov).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6. Jejmo zdrave in raznolike ma\u0161\u010dobe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">7. Rde\u010de meso naj bo na mizi najve\u010d enkrat tedensko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">8. Jejmo veliko stro\u010dnic in polnovrednih \u017eitaric.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">9. Za \u017eejo pijmo vodo in nesladkane \u010daje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">10.
